I was in FL at the time of the big freeze in Charlotte. I had damage to a rubber coupling on the front water spigot. Simple, cheap part part, BIG problem if not addressed immediately but of course everyone was having frozen or broken pipe issues in Charlotte and just getting someone to come out and have an assessment was extremely challenging. Contacting Bob and his immediate response took a stressful event and changed it to tolerable and seamless action item with clear and consistent updates from him and his staff.

I don't offer praise often but STOP Restoration does good work. They are responsive and due diligent with updates. For a guy like me who's always in an airplane going somewhere, I've come to appreciate those attributes with any person or company as those attributes have become very rare these days.
